A Year Ago Today

A year ago today I set off on what has been so far (hopefully) the best experience of my life,

I saw and experienced some amazing things, seeing Tortoises in the wild, swimming with Turtles, Sea Lions, Sting rays and even Sharks.

The best part of my trip was all the great friends I made, so thanks to all of you for the memories.

Unfortunately I can’t go on another trip this year like I had hoped, after moving across the country I can’t spend money to travel across the world and I don’t think my new employer would be too happy with me asking for a month after just a couple of weeks.

So that means this blog wont get updated for a while, but hopefully I will do something next year, no, i WILL do something next year, I change my mind about where quite alot, Cambodia, Kenya, Peru, Botswana, Fiji, Mexico or Thailand.  I’m sure I’ll change my mind many more time between now and then, but I’m already looking forward to it.

Back Home

Hey everyone.

I got back home late on Thursday, my trip home went smoothly and I got everywhere when I was supposed to.

I had the best time in Galápagos and I’m already saving to go again.

Over the next couple of days I will be posting my best pics and videos here on the blog, a sort of ‘best of’, but if you want to see everything, you can do now at https://flic.kr/s/aHsjDRYfBd and I’ll try to upload the good ones to Flickr which should show up in the right side panel —>

All my pictures are already up there but there’s still some videos uploading.

Feel free to comment on any of the pics, hope you enjoy them.

All my videos on now on YouTube and I’ve added some playlists to some of my earlier posts which include the videos so go back and check them out.

Last Post from Galapagos

So Isabella was really good, I’m back on San Cristobal now, and may go back up to the reserve for one last night with the guys (Tuesday is Bar night).

The snorkeling yesterday was really good, I saw meter plus length sharks just a couple of meters away, I saw Sting Rays and Eagle Rays, and another Turtle and swam with another Sea Lion.

I’ve got loads of pictures, but I’ll wait til I get home to upload them.

Not much longer now, but its gone to fast, really want to stay longer.
